Start Therapy

A place to slow down and heal

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying a lot on your own. You may feel anxious, burnt out, frustrated, stressed or just unsure how to move forward-and that’s okay.

This is a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s been weighing on you and work toward healing in a way that feels supportive and manageable.

whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or past experiences, this is a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.

Healing and growth through therapy

find relief and clarity

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or constant stress, therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.

Together, we’ll work to understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns so you can feel more grounded, more in control, and less stuck in cycles that keep repeating.

heal from the past

Unresolved experiences—especially from earlier in life—can continue to shape how you feel, react, and relate to others today.

In therapy, we’ll gently process these experiences at a pace that feels safe, helping them lose their intensity so they no longer feel overwhelming or in control of your present.

evidence based approaches

Using approaches like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll work to understand your internal world and how different parts of you carry emotion, memory, and stress.

This allows your brain and body to reprocess difficult experiences so they feel integrated rather than intrusive.

different therapy modalities

EMDR Through Therapy- eye movement desensitization and reprocessing is a therapy approach that helps your brain process and heal from difficult or overwhelming experiences. Using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR allows the brain to “reprocess” memories so they no longer feel as intense or distressing.

IFS Through Therapy-Internal family systems is a therapy approach that helps you understand the different “parts” of yourself-like the part that feels anxious, the part that shuts down, or the part that tries to stay in control. Instead of judging these parts, we get curious about them, understand their roles, and help them heal so you can feel more balanced and at ease.

Somatic Therapy-Somatic therapy focuses on the connection between your mind and body. It helps you notice and release stress, tension, and emotions that may be held in your body, allowing you to feel more grounded, calm, and present.
